She has worked in healthcare since 1988 and has a passion for improving the lives of seniors and for educating those who are touched by a dementia diagnosis in some way. She founded her nursing care management company in May, 2010. She is also involved in many community events and supports law enforcement in many ways.

Jim has been known as "the face of Crime Stoppers" in Caddo Parish for many years after his perseverance and hard work as Executive Director made the organization a household name. He has been a leader in many charitable organizations in Shreveport as his calling has always been to serve others. He brings insight to Proactive Partners that can only come from someone experienced in law enforcement.
3. Becca Higgins
Dementia Education Advocate
Becca is a passionate advocate for seniors as well as an experienced dementia education advocate. Having had both her own personal experiences as a care partner as well as specialized training in dementia education makes her a perfect asset to our board. Her perspective on dementia education for first responders is keenly sharp as she is married to a law enforcement officer.
4. Ann James
Proactive Nursing Solutions
Ann provides the board with her time, talent, and her heart that can be unmatched in size. She brings with her many years of experience in running businesses that advocate for seniors and their healthcare. Loyalty and dedication are two of Ann's strongest character traits and the perfect addition to our board.
5. Patrick Kimball
Patrick has an accounting degree and many years of experience working in finance for several large organizations. His experience makes him the perfect fit for the role of treasurer. He has a keen appreciation for the special needs of those with dementia, and seeks to find the best use of resources to meet those needs.
